株式会社くじらリアルエステートテックが提供するくじらスマートインターホン for オートロックシステムの来客応対やアカウント管理などを行う入居者専用アプリです。
来訪者と通話をしながら来訪者側の映像確認が行えるほか、インターネットに接続さえすれば、住居内はもちろん外出先でも来客応対やオートロック解錠が可能です。
