記録されたデータをもとに、自動的にグラフ化。目標値の設定を行えば、達成度も確認できます。

きみとみきメモリーアプリは、冊子タイプの母子健康手帳を補うものです。冊子タイプの母子健康手帳はなくなりません。
アプリで妊娠届を入力した際は、三木町窓口(こども課)にてアプリで入力した旨をお伝えください。
乳幼児健診情報の連携機能を利用する際は、三木町窓口(こども課)でもお申し込みが必要です。
