The application crashes every time I try to open it. I deleted it and downloaded it again but still I cannot open it.

‏Tried several times no use in corresponding to the developers or service.
They don’t know that the ISA doesn’t use IBAN, so any one in the USA cannot register.

Specifically asked for them to add a 2023 Hybrid Santa Fe and after 3 emails and 2.5 months of wait they only added a 2021 ! And with 63% customers instead of 47% as they category and two years of ownership would lead to.

Any new deal in the USA has no problem adding all the car models and years of make in one day, why don’t those people have the same KG knowledge ability.
Any small bank or application on the planet have both swift and IBAN to register people’s account why is it hard for them?
معلومات السيارات و انواعها و بياناتها و اسعارها متوفرة لاي مبتدأ سيارات لماذا شهرين و نصف و مع ذلك لم تكمل؟
معلوم ان امريكا حساباتها ليست بالIBAN, و انما سويفت، اي تطبيق مبتدأ في العالم به كل معلومات بنوك العالم لماذا ليس هؤلاء؟؟؟
بعد ايميلات لنفس طلبات اعلاه اكثر من ثلاثة و لا يعمل القائمون علي الحل فلا يوجد امل

I tried several times to find how much I’m supposed to pay for my car and it comes almost 70% of its original price although there shouldn’t be custom charges according to the country of origin rule.
I’m like thousands here who do not trust the whole process. I wish the announcement for the Egyptian abroad is true and transparent. All of us want to help our beloved country but not this rigged way. Improve this app and make the process clear and simple as you announced and we will all come back.
