The app is wonderful, but I would be able to use it quicker and with less apprehension if it was available in English too. After all, English is the worldwide business language.

The app makes very little sense. Aside from the fact that the way bank hapoalim works with direct mitztaber so you never know exactly how much money is in your account. I’ve been to the bank countless times to ask them for help and they don’t understand it either.

I don’t speak Hebrew well so I booked an appointment to get help with the app and understand the information on each screen and NO ONE AT THE BANK UNDERSTOOD IT EITHER!

And they are all hebrew speakers.

I would tell you to make the app in English because that would help me read what’s going on and not just try to use the numbers as clues, but it seems even hebrew speakers aren't clear how much money is in the account, what each screen means and what the different categories are.

If you are working with a ux/ui team, hire a new one, or do some serious user testing amongst actual humans including our own branch workers cuz they do not understand your app (which is of course highly unprofessional and ridiculous)

I also hated the stupid picture of the boy and dog

If you make an app that you want people to use make it easy to login. Not only you force changing the password very often but you are unable to copy and paste. And if you dare make a mistake you are locked well everyone know what will happen.
I use many other Banking apps and it’s always more easy to use the app than using the bank web site. Get over it forcing ppl to change password and type complex password is keeping the clients away from using the app. I bet there is a group of a closed minded people that will continue to force this policy until they will retire. Just take a look at other bigger and better banks around the world with more clients more assets and bigger risks. If they can allow easy access others can as well.
