Doesn’t work with XR adapter

My glasses has the latest firmware. This app is always completely locking my iphone pro 15 when using with XR adapter if I try to watch a spatial or 3d video. It displays the view for a second and then disconnected message is displayed although glasses are connected. Sometimes a white narrow screen is displayed on the glasses as if it is broken. After that a spinner is sown on the black screen of the phone. Sometimes I phone returns the home screen if I unplug the adapter and sometimes telefon resets itself after a while.
