Here is the reason: 1. our customer support guy recently loose a closest family member and thus sometimes not able to reply the fastest way. 2. recently we got many attack from those who have malicious intentions, and thus causing turbulence, but we usually fix them within 5 - 60 minutes. After than you just need to do a reload of server list and will work fine. I hope you experience with us will get back to good with us, thanks for the trust.
