After paying for their services, many users—including myself—get banned without any real reason. There’s no clear violation, no warning, just an abrupt ban that forces you to start over and pay again if you want to continue using the app. This is not a rare incident; it’s a deliberate business model that preys on people looking for serious relationships.

The customer support? Absolutely useless. They either ignore your complaints or send robotic responses that don’t actually address the issue.

Salams presents itself as a marriage-focused platform, but in reality, it’s just another money-hungry app exploiting vulnerable people. Stay away unless you want to waste your time, energy, and hard-earned money. There are far better and more ethical alternatives out there.
