Sınır değer hesabı uygulaması kamu ihalelerine giren katılımcıların vermiş oldukları teklifler ve yaklaşık maliyet değeri hesaba katılarak çalışan bir uygulamadır. Sınır değer hesabı uygulaması iki şekilde çalışmaktadır. 1. yöntem teklif ve firma isimlerini manuel giriş yaparak sonuç üretmek üzerine kurulmuştur. 2. yöntem ise ihale katılım tutanağı yüklenerek sistemsel olarak hesaplanması ile sonuç üretmek üzerine kurulmuştur.
