The Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct provides our principles on key areas of activity in our day-to-day roles and it is now available in an app, also including our Group Policies, the core policies that apply to all Rolls-Royce employees regardless of their role, seniority or location.

At Rolls-Royce we believe that high standards of behaviour and compliance with laws and regulations are essential to protecting the reputation and long-term success of our business. We are committed to conducting our activities in the right way in line with our values and behaviours, free from any form of bribery or corruption.

This app is for Rolls-Royce plc employees as well as our customer, suppliers, stakeholders and investors. This digital Code and Group Policies app details our principles and standards of conduct in line with our core values of Operate Safely, Act with Integrity and Trusted to Deliver Excellence.

We also provide details on our TRUST model that is a decision making framework you can use if facing a dilemma and information of our speak up channels for individuals who wish to raise any concerns. The app now also includes interactive dilemma exercises that allow you to vote on how you would deal with an ethical issue.
