Description

This app allows you to calculate Max and RM for the Big 3 (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift). By calculating RM, you can determine the appropriate weights for various set combinations based on your Max weight. You can also track your progress and visualize your daily growth. Additionally, you can convert between lb and kg. This app covers almost all the calculations needed for strength training!
