• Fixed an issue with the "Delete" button not working in the context menu on the Vaccinations Tab

• You can create recurring entries by default, or choose the “one-time” option.
• It’s now possible to mark a vaccination record as completed. For recurring entries, you can either mark the entire record as completed (it will be archived) or just the current occurrence. A completed record will appear in the completed section, while the original record remains active with updated dates for future occurrences.
• A list of both active and completed vaccinations is now available on the pet’s page.
• Reworked internal logic for notifications handling.
• Now you can delete records (context menu on long press) from the list of completed records.
• Added the option to mark a record as completed from the context menu.
