Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I rented a car from them and everything seemed fine until it came time for the deposit refund. It has been weeks, and despite multiple calls and emails, I still haven’t received my deposit back. The customer service is beyond unhelpful—they keep giving excuses and blaming ‘system issues,’ but nothing is being resolved. This company is clearly scamming customers. Save yourself the frustration and avoid renting from here. Totally unprofessional and dishonest.

Do yourself a favor and rent from a more reliable company.

The worst rental company I experienced. I have been charged €100 after 6 months of rental. When I tried to request for details I spent 2 hours on a call and was just ignored.
Would not recomend this service.
