Lucy was bored of humans being made to feel like they need to follow restrictive meal plans and unsustainable workout plans in order to be doing ‘fitness’.

Calorie counting is a tool but it’s not for everyone. Instead, our nobs-chef has whipped up a batch of easy, no fuss recipes for your body and soul.

Daily pep-talks:

Personalised affirmations without the cringe to help you stop being such a d*ck to yourself.
Health is not just physical, mental health matters. Over time by practising your pep-talks, your internal self critic will suddenly become less mouthy.

Your subscription will work across your devices and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings within iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Best. Fitness. App. Ever.

I’ve tried a lot - and I do mean a lot - of fitness apps from major companies or fitness influencers. I can safely say that this is by far the best one I’ve tried. First off, it’s “personalisation” (in terms of both exercises and fitness program) feature is incredible. There are so many options that you may choose (desired frequency, gym/home, equipment/no equipment etc) that your suggested program really does feel personalised and incredibly fitting. Second, the recipe section is unreal. It does not force you to one form of eating habit and actually has you enjoy the food you are eating. Third, which is one of the major positive points, the app does not only take care of you physically but mentally as well. It is not a mandatory six times a week program. There are so many helpful daily pep talks (which are again personalised). You can choose to exercise and eat as you feel comfortable and the app in every way makes you feel comfortable. Fourth - user friendliness. All of the features are so so so easy to use, which is a great bonus.
Congrats to the chief nob Lucy and can’t wait to see what’s to come!
