automatically preclude unintentional bias or even racism. Rather than observe

The No Offense mobile app is built around emotional
intelligence, including self-awareness of unintentional bias and
the impact of good intentions which aren't based in education.
Good intentions that do not positively impact people may cause resentment, and whether personally or professionally, resentment can diminish our ability to communicate with valuable clients, retain employees or create rifts in valuable family and personal relationships.
