MyVerint enables employees to enjoy the benefits of the Verint Customer Engagement Optimization suite while being mobile. The app is a unified extension of the core solution. It engages and empowers employees by delivering, on-demand actionable intelligence on-the-go, and allows them to swiftly respond, and take action from the convenience of their own mobile devices.
Employees can:
• View their daily and future schedules as well as their performance scorecard
• Submit, edit, waitlist, withdraw, time off requests and other schedule changes
• Stay informed on changes as they happen
