How do I register on MyFirst Support?

To create an account on MyFirst Support, contact your First Cambodia's service Sales Representative or Call Center. If someone else in your organization has already registered on MyFirst Support, contact them to create a user login for you.

Can I create a case without a MyFirst Support account?

No, you must register as an authorized member of your organization before opening a support case. We recommend signing up for a MyFirst Support account as soon as possible so that you will already be authorized.
