My Social Story allows parents and therapists to create a digital story for kids. A social story, popularized by Carol Gray, is a learning tool that helps people with autism of all ages learn skills and become familiar with upcoming events. It was devised as a tool to help people with autism better understand the nuances of interpersonal communication so that they could interact in an effective and appropriate manner.

The user can:
- Add a number of pages to the story
- Add photos from the camera roll or take photos from within the app
- Add text entries with many font on their pages
- Add a voice over sound to every page
- Add a hand drawing on top of every page
- Customize the look of their photos and images sing the built-in photo editor
- Select from 30,000 built-in photos, clip art and icon files to enhance the look of the story
- Add a music file to be played in the background on the final video output
- Create a PDF file combining the different screens of the story
- Export the story into an HD video files which can be shared with others or placed on social media accounts

The app was created with collaboration from parents, therapists and people with autism.
