Açıklama
Mobile Citizen is a specialized MaintStar Work Request application. The application allows users to create requests for problems. For example, reporting potholes, graffiti, leaking water hydrants etc. The request can contain photos, GPS coordinates, the address of a problem and comments. The citizen receives an automated e-mail notification about the request status & view info on the map.

Several bugs resolved:
- map was showing an error when polygon was not configured for the profile.
- profiles without registration requirement, didn't show customers requests.
- phone field was not editable on a user profile page
- when registration is not required, and customer does not choose request to go anonymously, we should ask for a phone and email.
- some other cosmetical and visual fixes.
