Can’t login or register

I can’t restore password, because “this email is not registered”

Okay, then may be I can create new account? No, “this EmiratesId already registered”.

So what I’m supposed to do then? I can’t login, can’t restore password and not able to create a new account.

Next, as far as you can guess, I haven’t used app except login screen and sign up but I already have a question, who came up with this UX solutions?

- Why do you have “Email Id” field? What’s the difference between “email” and “email id”? Why do you confuse users?
- Why do you ask for “your favourite Vendor”. If I choose one, I won’t be able to buy products from other vendor? If so, then question is why? If I can, then why you ask it during registration?
- When entering emirates id, then I constantly receive dialog that “DOB doesn’t match”. What is DOB??? Do you think all your users know what it is?
