Absolute nightmare

My experience with Kenya Airways has been nothing short of infuriating. They, without a shred of decency, abruptly canceled my JKIA to Entebbe flight, attempting to strong-arm me into buying an unnecessary return ticket from them, while i had cleary communicated with them that i had purchased return ticket from another Airline. Adding to the misery, they not only refused to refund my money but also shockingly falsely registered my departure to Entebbe while I was still stuck at JKIA.

This airline’s disruptive, coercive, and financially chaotic behavior solidifies their status as the absolute worst. I am appalled by their lack of integrity and complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
