IT FrontDesk Scheduler is very easy to use and user friendly. This app offers users to book their appointments with their providers at any time (24/7). We offer our services to wide range of businesses from doctors offices, salons, colleges/universities, community action agencies, LIHEAP, VITA, tax preparation, pool service, retail sectors etc. Every provider who sign up with our scheduler account will be assigned with unique Client Code. Therefore you will need a Client Code to login to our scheduler. If you do not remember and/or don't have it, please contact your provider to get the Client Code.

This scheduler offer multi-level selection like treatment, procedure, location, department, doctor, service and it is fully customizable per provider. Our scheduler offers intuitive user friendly color coded calendar to select the date and available times and then book the appointment. Using this app, you can check, view or cancel any existing appointments with a click of a button.

IT FrontDesk also offers IVR phone based scheduler where you dial in a specific phone number (local number or toll free number) and book the appointment at any time, and online scheduler where in you will visit our provider specific URL (web page) and book the appointments any time.
