Usage
* Set Up Your Workout: Define your workout routine by specifying the duration for each exercise and rest interval, as well as the number of sets.
* clicking any where on the "min:sec" to change exercise and rest duration
* clicking any where on the "Set of x" to change number of sets
* Start the Timer: Once your workout is configured, hit the start button to begin the timer.
* Follow the Cues: Follow the audio and visual cues to switch between exercises and rest periods. Focus on your workout without worrying about timing.
