That’s why I created Posiplace – a unique gratitude journal and self-care app designed to help you focus on the positive moments in your life, no matter how small.

Inspired by a practice my grandfather taught me, I started writing down three positive things that happened each day. At first, I doubted that such a simple exercise would make a difference. But as I continued this daily journaling habit: I began to naturally notice more good things around me. Over time, this gratitude practice became an essential part of my daily routine, helping me to improve my mental well-being and maintain a sense of happiness, even on tough days.

After doing some research, I discovered that gratitude journaling is backed by science.
