Suggestion

The should be other options for the registration apart from the ATM cards options for some of us Abroad who do change phones and without ATMS

I can't register

I lost my atm card and I’m not in Nigeria, can you please make an option that allows you to register a new device through your phone number? It will be much appreciated.

The app is useless

The app is completely useless and a waste of time I would advice everyone using this bank to change the bank. The lack of service is the only thing reliable
