Add ability for user to post advance payment to credit card

Add ability for user to add custom category
- created custom category can only be seen by the user who added the category
- custom category can be use either receive or send transactions

Added notes to transactions

Enable Credit Card to Savings transaction
- Add transaction fee as tax to be able to simulate transaction fee

Add Cash wallet
- All user will automatically have a cash wallet under their portfolio
- User can only have 1 Cash wallet
- Cash wallet cannot be removed in favorite and always pinned as first wallet in portfolio

Bug Fix
- Credit Card billing not sending notifications
