Description: FIFM (Fill in for me) makes it easy for shifts to be managed by SME retailers. It enables filling in scheduled shifts in case of last minute unavailability.
The app is simple to use where someone raises a request for filling in their schedule. The app shares this information (along with any applicable incentives to fill that shift) with the other peers of the organisation and people in that area who may fill that low skilled job shift. The alert is received on app checking if you’d like to fill this shift. First one to accept the shift gets the shift allocated to them.
