Useless interface

This app has one of the most useless interfaces I have seen through my life. One can not understand which gender has been chosen until imputting some info, because when you click on the black highlight, it reverts instead of staying where you clicked. You need two different zones for clicking, not a big one that reverts the choice everytime you touch.
