After the cancellation of the booking due to their fault, they are not refunding the money
The car rental did not take place due to the fault of the rental agency (they promised to refund the money), but the booking service refuses to do so, citing terms in the agreement that are irrelevant to the issue. Correspondence with the booking service has been fruitless; they cannot explain the reason for the refusal and are not responding to emails.
