The Dr A & B Wellness connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Dr A & B Wellness. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Dr A & B Wellness patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Premier Wellness provider. Communicate with Dr A & B Wellness in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. The Dr A & B Wellness app is integrated with the Apple Health kit. Choose to share your steps, exercise minutes and other parameters directly with the app.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Dr A & B Wellness patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Dr A & B Wellness patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Dr A & B Wellness uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
