How many times have you said those words to yourself or friends and family?! Make not touching or using your phone into a game, and find out who really is addicted to their phones!
Downtime encourages not using your phone, putting it down, and NOT touching it. Downtime detects when you aren't touching or moving the phone and sees how long you can last.
Downtime times how long you can go without touching, moving or simply doing anything with your phone for.
With leaderboards built into the app you can challenge friends to see how long they can truly go without using their phone.
Compare scores against the rest of the world and see how addicted you really are!
