Decks was designed for casual, short to medium length workouts at home with minimal equipment. Perfect for working out in your living room, exercise while traveling, or if you don't own any weights.

Decks works with Apple Health, Apple Music, and the Apple Watch. You can sync the app with Apple Health, load playlists from Apple Music, and even control the app from an Apple Watch app.

Decks is designed from the ground-up to cater to everyone who feels intimidated by workout apps. Hardcore users are welcome, but we will always prioritize the needs of the new and inexperienced.

We offer the ability to:

- Choose any of our curated exercise Decks and perform them for a great casual workout
- Remix & customize any deck just the way you like it
- Create your own exercise Deck from scratch
- Learn how to perform over 200 unique exercises
- Track your progress along multiple Skills (e.g. Persistence, Strength, Flexibility, etc)
- Audio guidance while you exercise
- Workout to your favorite Apple Music playlists
- See your entire workout history
- Sync workouts to Apple Health and fill up your rings by using Decks
