Purchased gems werent loaded

In 25.08.2018 at about 23:30 I purchased 220 gems via in game store. However, purchased gems weren’t loaded despite its charge being billed by Apple. I can see the purchase in the purchase history in my apple id as well.
I tried “restore purchase” option in the ingame settings menu but nothing happened.
