Description
BuilderGo is a mobile app which is designed for Builders to connect with Vendors through real-time information. Builders which work with vendors using NEWSTAR enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is eligible to use BuilderGo. To get started login to your Builder Portal and click the link at the bottom of the page.
BuilderGo provides the following functionality:
• One account to connect a Builder to all the constellation vendors that they work with regardless of which ERP that builder uses
• View lists of daily, weekly and overdue schedule tasks
• View task details including notes, photos, related purchase orders and a Google map referencing the lot location
• View purchase orders and Warranty Tasks details with date approved
• View and download documents to your device
• Search for tasks and purchase orders
• Allows Builders to start and complete task

Version 2025.2.0
The purchaser information will be now displayed in the lot details page.
Users can now delete documents from the task details page .
A searchable supplier dropdown is now available on the Request New VPO page.
App will now fetch from server only the changes made by users instead of the entire work order including all items and item crafts.
The walkthrough images/documents won't be duplicated on NEWSTAR Enterprise upon app sync .
Enabling "Automatically import work orders” will not prevent users from creating a work order or using the app
The first letter of deficiency note will be capitalized now.
When an option is marked as verified in NEWSTAR Web it will now sync correctly on BuilderGo app and viceversa.
Room replacement and lot room list rules in Design Agent Portal will now be followed in BuilderGo
Emails will now be formatted correctly and sent with proper line breaks
