The breatheX App is a powerful, easy-to-use, and highly flexible breath eXercise tool. It allows an individual to chose from many pre-made breathing patterns/routines or create their own. Users can set practice preferences including sounds and or haptics. The App also provides tools to measure and track results over time. The breatheX App also runs on iPhone, iPad so regardless of when or where you choose to practice you will always have access to your digital breath coach. The breatheX App also shares data between all your devices when you are logged into iCloud.

Based on user feedback we added a setting that will disable the new completion sound at the end of a routine. This setting is turned on by default but if you would like to disable the new sound edit your profile settings. Assuming Audio is turned on the app will then play only the original end sound regardless of whether a routine was completed or not.
