> Consumption, Billing and Payment history

> Complaint registration, status tracking, GPS based tracking of restoration team and Rating.
> Participate in surveys and get personalized recommendations.
> Consumer specific services (Integration of Analytics)
> Display BESCOM Facebook and Twitter page

Employee faced:

> Display RR no. wise list of payment dues.
> Complaints status tracking, GPS based tracking of restoration team, updating and closure
