Multiple systems are currently in use and poor handover of care leads to a poorly summarised record over a player’s career. The outcome is duplication of investigations, increased cost, and delays in diagnosis and treatment.

How it works
• Athlete joins the app from the start of their career until retirement
• Populated by their team doctor through the dashboard

• Third party clinicians can add a new consultation through audio or form, automatically notifying the main doctor. This can be a GP, A&E doctor, specialist, matchday doctor or abroad
• Major problems are highlighted
• Tools providing reputable medical information resources on nutrition, recovery, mental health and anti-doping
• Notifications of important medical events
