ZAIDYN™ Field Insights embeds insights and suggestions into day-to-day pursuits for life sciences sales reps to improve sales force effectiveness and customer engagement.
The AI-enabled app augments reps’ expertise by helping them understand their business performance, including incentives; identify and prioritize how, when and why to connect with healthcare providers based on behaviors and preferences; and ultimately, adjust call plans and rearrange routes on the fly. 1. Improved discoverability of Customers through configurable search enabled filter option on List view.
2. Enhancement to 'Plan' tab navigation for quick access to Customer summary page from calendar view aimed at efficient call planning.
3. Depicting user-specific customer attribute data in case of shared Customers in All Customers List view.
4. Introducing ZAIDYN SmartAssist (beta) as an intelligent query assistant for field users embedded with ZAIDYN FI App.
5. Introducing support for additional ZAIDYN-Veeva call planning scenarios to compute call plan attainment KPIs.
6. Fully customize the application appearance through co-branding.

8. Host documents independently, enabling Administrators to host documents more quickly and efficiently than ever before.
9. Other enhancements, including the display of document names in the Acknowledgement Status tab.
