FUNZIONALITÀ PER IL CLIENTE SERVITO:
· Ordinare in autonomia i prodotti a catalogo
· Monitorare le consegne pianificate
· Segnalare guasti sulle attrezzature
· Ricevere proposte di riassortimento programmate in base ai consumi del locale
· Ottenere notifiche su nuove opportunità commerciali (promozioni, nuovi articoli, ecc)
· Saldare le fatture tramite piattaforma "Paypal"
L’applicazione è complementare a tutti gli altri canali tradizionali già in essere (ad es. ordini telefonici/via mail), pertanto non sostituisce la tentata vendita (emissioni di DDT e/o Fatture).
