Weight Tracker & Body Measure is a straightforward app to keep track of your weight goals and gym results like biceps and waist measurements. Input your daily metrics and follow your progress on the dynamic chart to identify trends and keep you motivated.

Based on your goal of losing or gaining weight, Weight Tracker & Body Measure will help you keep track of your progress and gym results without all the fancy additions of existing apps. Made by fitness enthusiasts, the app is very straightforward and easy to use, helping you track weight in a very simple way.

The app consists of three main components, measurements, charts and a new AI Fitness Chatbot.

In the measurements tab, you will be shown a calendar and for each day, you can input three different metrics: the number of kg/lbs, biceps, and waist measurements.
The second tab is a chart section with three different graphics illustrating your weight, biceps, and waist measurements progress.

The graphs have been specially created to indicate your desired progress, stagnation, or regress. Depending on your goal of either losing or gaining
weight, you can keep track of your results and access a simple yet beautiful chart indicating trends and mirroring your advancements.

The AI Fitness Chatbot - your 24/7 virtual coach for personalised workout tips, nutrition advice, and motivation. Tailored to your goals, it's your ultimate fitness companion, empowering your journey effortlessly.

This will help you track your weight and progress and motivate you to continue towards achieving your goals.
