The service allows you to monitor company calls, configure their routes, set up call forwarding, integrate your CRM system with your telephony, and much more. The mobile application is a convenient alternative to the Virtual PBX web interface. Thanks to the application, the main functions of the service are available directly on your smartphone - anytime, anywhere.
Monitor Calls and Listen to Recordings:
See summary information on calls your employees received, missed, or made today.
Find any call in the call history and listen to its recording (increase the playback speed to save time).
Analyze statistics for any period on your smartphone screen.
Set Up Virtual PBX Through the Mobile App:
Change the rules for operating numbers.
Set up call forwarding.
Create and edit users and departments.
To log in to the application, enter your Virtual PBX user login and password.
