To prevent scams, Theatr holds the payment until 30 minutes after the show begins, ensuring refunds if incidents occur.

- We will notify you when a buyer purchases your listing
- Transfer the tickets and confirm on the app once the transfer is complete
- Get paid directly in your Theatr account 2 business days after the show!
Buyers
- Set Notify for your favorite shows to receive alerts when tickets pop up within your price range
- Theatr protects your payment so you can dispute for a full refund up until 30 minutes after the show begins if you find out that the tickets are invalid
