No 6 digit pin code
Trying to register, but de 6 digita code isn’t send to my phone. Zo only able to login via boeking and name. 😞
App and portal are terribly slow and malfunction
constantly face issues when trying for instance to use miles to add fast track or to change seat. App gets jammed, portal also, out of the blue charges me in usd instead of eur. Maybe invest a bit in technology?
Better integration needed
Only be able to see your reservation if you have an account, having to fill in your booking code over and over again? Long and annoying flow through boxed browser in the app? You need to do better, see eg. the KLM app. That just works.
