PCM – Advanced Pump Diagnostics. The groundbreaking PCM uses strategic placement of sensors to provide predictive alerts of impending failure. Pump Health Analysis allows users to replace parts when close to failure to extend operational life of components and avoid early replacement. Early Failure Warning allows users to address component replacement at the opportune moment preventing costly downtime during key stages of operations
Plunger Pumps operate in heavy-duty, high-pressure environments and contain multiple consumable parts that require maintenance and are prone to failure. Current operations usually involve replacement based on preventative, time or stroke-based method or after failure
This process is inefficient and leads to early replacement of good parts and field failures causing costly downtime and NPT. Current outcomes mean increased costs to operators and more downtime
The PCM app allows user to record maintenance details in the field with easy to use features
