Not working but asking for review

App is totally useless i switched to a free competitor since when you receive a message you will not get any notification 😂
Very business friendly.

But asking for g2 review to get extra free month, but there is no extra free month.

i avoid smartsupp from now, there are many other which are working.

Notifications are not good on the mobile app

The Smartsupp on desktop works perfectly, but the app fails to give notifications. Everytime when I open the app I see I missed multiple chats, this is very frustrating because it causes to miss sales. And this is not a matter of wrong settings, the app really should be improved in terms of notifications!!

Bad mobile app

I like the Smartsup service but the mobile app is crap. The visitors on the website just don’t pop up and the cloud/browsers shows different visitor data then the mobile app. Moreover tou cannot access the chat and visitor history.
