Sport mode doesnt work
Homepage works great, data is quite accurate. The only thing that doesn’t work properly is the sport mode. I walk long distances but when I start walking mode the app shuts it down after a few seconds or minutes. Please look into this, thank you!
Still better than expected.
I have a smart ring R09M and use a SmartHealth app (version 1.7.7) on my Iphone SE 2022 IOS 17.6.1(21G93). App supports Apple health. The ring correctly measures blood pressure, hart rate and blood oxygen which happens automatically every 30-60min depending on your choice or manually by initiating this processes from the app. You will need to calibrate blood pressure measurement in the app and then it works pretty precise(checked with Omron). It also counts steps and monitoring sleep automatically and this goes absolutely wrong. Around 21:00 it starts to “register” sleep (for clarity, I do not go to sleep till 4:00). In the evening I sit on the couch and watch tv and the ring “counts” steps and “registers” sleep at the same time! There’s also a strange glitch, when not on my finger, the ring “registers” hart rate every minute…even during charging. I give it 4 from 5 stars for correct monitoring of blood pressure which is a new function for smart rings and hart rate/blood oxygen monitoring. I really hope these issues will be solved with next software update.Also please add a possibility to delete wrong data, this could solve A LOT of problems.

Volkomen waardeloos. Nauwelijks relevante data, inclusief hiaten. na opladen eerst verwijderen uit geheugen om opnieuw te kunnen aanmelden, na de 2e keer laden lukt zelfs dat niet meer. gericht op chinese markt, uitleg mbt gezondheid van kwakzalvers (kan bijv oa worden afgelezen aan glanzend zwart haar). Troep!
