Unlike the traditional customer surveys our solution focuses on key questions to calculate the brands NPS (Net Promoter Score), while providing an easy submission experience for the customer.
With the use of QR-Code technology and mobile reporting, Review Kitty solution is able to collect reviews and deliver results in an easy, immediate, fast, direct manner.
This app is for store managers and brand corporate to view and manage customer reviews submitted through the Review Kitty solution. Once subscribed to the solution, you can view:
