This program is designed to help you burn body fat through lean muscle growth along with specific cardio exercises to leave you sweating while seeing results like never before!
The workouts are programmed for ALL fitness levels! They can be modified as needed and adjusted to fit your needs.
Workouts range from 30-40min (this includes warm up and cool downs!) 5x a week.
The only equipment you will need is Dumbbells, resistance bands, glute bands and a step/box or chair!
