With support for a wide range of indoor rowing machines, as well as GPS tracking for outdoor workouts, you'll always have the data you need to improve your performance. Plus, our intuitive interface makes it easy to spot trends in your workouts and identify areas for improvement.

INDOOR ROWING:
Whether you row indoors full-time or it's off-season. Use Oxun to record your erg sessions with support for
- WaterRower with the S4/S5 performance monitor with ComModule (needed for Bluetooth connectivity).
- TechnoGym SkillRow Erg
- Open Rowing Monitor
- Any bluetooth Fluidrower model
- And any other Bluetooth rowing machine that supports the Fitness Machine Service Protocol (FTMS) - FYI, the FTMS is a standardised Bluetooth protocol for fitness machines that many erg manufacturers follow.
The amount of calories burnt during an erg session are saved in the logbook and also saved to the Health app so that you can reach your activity goals

OUTDOOR ROWING:
* You already carry your phone when rowing outdoors for safety reasons - So simply hit record in Oxun and it will track your GPS locations over time for your erg session.
* Oxun calculates the amount of calories burnt for your sessions on the water, this is also saved to the Health app (if you've granted the app permission to).
* Automatically saves your GPS workout routes to the Apple Health app if you've granted it permission to. Your fitness data is kept secure in the Apple Health app because it is encrypted and protected with the passcode on your device.

TRENDS:
With the app, you can see trends in rowing sessions and spot areas for improvement.
- Easily discover patterns in how much time you've spent rowing.

LOGBOOK:
One logbook to rule them all! No more wrangling with different logbooks or spreadsheets - Oxun saves your indoor and outdoor erg sessions into the same location.
Using Oxun with the Apple Health app on iPhone and iPad empowers you to better manage your health. You will see a consolidated view of all your health data, including data from Oxun, so you can track your progress in one convenient place.
