The customer experience is bad.

They don’t deliver what you order, don’t refund the money and overal don’t care about the customer journey.

Communicated resolution times of 4 hours are not kept and you need to follow up at 5.5 hours what the status is. The offered resolution is a discount of 10 AED on the next order. This will mean that you are stuck with a product you didn’t order but payed for and won’t have a replacement of the correct item or refund.

I strongly advice to explore Deliveroo, Careem, Instashop who are miles better in the overall customer experience.

So be warned!

I looked forward for my first order on Now Now. I had seen some fancy delivery guys with flashy scooters driving around Dubai and decided to skip the hassle and try Now Now. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! I ordered some bottles of water, 6 cans of coke and two bags of candy with an estimate delivery time of 60 minutes (pretty long for items that are ready and don’t need to be prepared in a kitchen). After 25 minutes or so I received a call that one of the items was unavailable and that I could accept or decline a replacement via the app. This did not work and while chatting with the helpdesk it was basically the app not working. The item was canceled as I could press on anything in the app. Now I got informed that it would take 1-2 days for the amount of that item to be refunded. 80 minutes after my placed order and almost 60 minutes after my order was prepared and waiting for a pickup I decided that it was quite late to wait any longer 22:30 by now. And asked the helpdesk to cancel my order. They informed me now that it would take 7-14 days to refund my money.... I guess it is easy to decided to never order from these people again! Even if I never see my money again, I hope this saves other people from these shenanigans

We get what we need. In case an item is unavailable, we’re notified and delivery fee waived off. And in case of delay, customer service calls us to inform about the usually slight delay.
