Patch 3.0.3 fixes a couple bugs and adds a handful of small features.

- Added background (behind image) customization options
- Added an info box with instructions on how to make your first wallpaper
- Added recently deleted folder, move to trash option, and restore option.
- Fixed fullscreen preview incorrectly scaling with diffrent display sizes
- Added text fields next to sliders and steppers for inputting custom values
